IMAGINE. EXPLORE. CREATE.

Camps with CMCO

CMCO's camps are focused around hands-on exploration. Every single camp incorporates art and science and strives to build confidence in our kiddos to experiment and live creatively.

Art camps focus on understanding materials, the science of mixing, experimentation through the scientific method, and observation. Our science camps emphasize making and building skills, the design process, trial and error, and working to build complex conceptual thinking skills.

We look forward to creating with you!

March 26th-30th

9am-3pm; Before and Aftercare  8am- 5:30pm

Every creature, including you, has a habitat! Join CMCO in investigating homes through art, building, science and design. Participants will explore camouflage, recreate animal homes and test water quality all while thinking about the way in which animals and human live. Campers will also explore their creative side by designing and constructing their own life-sized habitat fort.

9am-3pm

Ever wonder what’s inside your toaster? Learn first-hand by dissecting a common household object, taking stock of what's inside, then transforming it into your own electrical machine. Participants will learn how to solder metal, use simple woodworking tools, and build simple circuits in the process of designing their own machine or kinetic sculpture.
