Every wonder what’s inside your toaster? Learn first-hand by dissecting a common household object, taking stock of what's inside, then transforming it into your own electrical machine. Participants will learn how to solder metal, use simple woodworking tools, and build simple circuits in the process of designing their own machine or kinetic sculpture.

As with all of our programs, participants will be encouraged to push the boundaries of what they know and learn through hands-on experience and experimentation.
